How far you travel is something you set
You start at 40 km from your base and can set anything from 1 to 200. You can have several bases. Distance is what we rank on most heavily.

Accept an urgent job and then not ring: what happens
You get 60 seconds to accept and two minutes to make the call. Miss the call and the job goes to the next tradie, with a strike against you.
Why you can only claim three specialties
Three, not thirty. A profile that claims everything tells a customer nothing, and it is the specialty match that does the ranking work.
For Customers
Asking five tradies for a price does not give five tradies your number
You can ask as many matched tradies for a quote as you like. None of them gets your phone number by being asked.

Bring the reviews you already have
Link your Google listing and your existing rating counts here. You do not start from zero because you are new to one more platform.
Why every tradie comes with reasons
The list tells you why each tradie is where they are — and never because they paid. You cannot judge a recommendation you cannot inspect.

Mark a day booked and we take you off that day’s list
Marking a day unavailable removes you from jobs asking for that day entirely, rather than pushing you down the order. Leaving a day blank costs you nothing.

What a complete profile is actually worth
Your profile is scored out of 100, and you need 55 before customers see you at all. Here is exactly what earns what.
Every review here came from a real introduction
A review can only be left by a customer we actually put in touch with that tradie, once per job. There is no way to post one otherwise.
For Tradies
You are never marked down for a job we failed to send you
Your response rate counts only the urgent jobs we can prove reached your phone. If the notification never arrived, that is our failure, not yours.
